The reason for the blockage is:
1. The paint solution was not fully shaken before spraying, resulting in the deposition of pigment at the tank bottom blocking the nozzle during spraying
2. Shake the paint solution too hard before spraying, causing the agitator (glass bead) to break and block the nozzle
3. The nozzle was not cleaned upside down after one-time spraying, resulting in blockage of the nozzle after the residual paint on the nozzle dried
4. During storage, it is inverted or side inverted, and the pigment precipitation in the paint blocks the discharge hole of the valve
5. For products beyond the shelf life, the coarse return of its contents will block the valve hole
Precautions:
1. Shake the paint well before spraying
2. Master the correct method of shaking the paint solution to avoid excessive force when shaking the paint solution
3. If the paint can not be used up after one spraying, the paint can shall be sprayed upside down for 3 seconds, and the residual material of the nozzle shall be removed before storage to ensure normal use next time
4. During storage, be careful not to turn the tank upside down or sideways
