1、 Paint:

1. Adjust the viscosity of the coating according to the coating. The general standard viscosity is 20 ~ 40MPa. 5

2. If there is residual air in the hose of the lifting paint supply device (please refer to the operation manual of the paint supply device), the paint will be sprayed intermittently and the spraying state will be unstable

3. Please control the paint supply pressure within 0.01Mpa ~ 0.015MPa for each gun. For example, there are 8 guns in a spray room, and the paint delivery pressure is 0.08mpa ~ 012mpa

4. The adjustment section of paint spraying amount is adjusted by the thimble dial at the back of the spray gun. The retreat amount can be adjusted by moving the dial 0.5mm every revolution (one scale of the dial is 0.02mm). When the dial is adjusted so that the gun needle is just consistent with the gun nozzle, loosen it with a 2.5mm hexagonal wrench (No. 21), then rotate the dial clockwise to zero, and then lock it (No. 21) to adjust the discharge counterclockwise. At this time, please cut off the opening and closing air of the shotgun and then adjust it. Please control the opening and closing air pressure between 0.18 ~ 0.2MPa

II. Atomization air pressure

1. Compared with ordinary air spray gun, the atomizing air pressure can be greatly reduced, so the painting rate can be improved. Increasing the atomizing air pressure can make the paint particles thinner and improve the paint film quality to some extent, but also reduce the painting rate and increase the paint rebound. However, it is not necessary to increase the atomizing air pressure, but adjust it appropriately according to different products and coatings

2. Operate the regulator for atomizing air, spray air from the nozzle, adjust the atomizing air pressure, and generally adjust the atomizing air to 0.1 ~ 0.3MPa

3、 Spray amplitude air pressure

Adjust the air pressure of the spray amplitude, operate the air conditioner for spray amplitude adjustment, spray paint and adjust the spray amplitude.
