First, let's talk about the customer's complaint today: before that, let's talk about the type of paint spray gun used by the customer, automatic spray gun, main gas control main switch and atomization air pressure, but it will work only when the main gas is turned on. The customer said that when all conditions are met, the spray gun only produces oil, but there is no gas, so there is no atomization, and the sprayed paint is in a straight state. First of all, I can analyze the paint to prove that the spray gun operates normally and whether the atomization control valve is closed. After the customer confirms that the atomization control valve is also adjusted to the maximum position, so I will continue to find out the reason.
However, everything that should be checked proved that there was no problem with the spray gun. What's the reason? Because the spray gun is installed on the automatic coating line, it may be the problem of pipeline and the control of atomized air. In this case, the customer needs to unload the spray gun from the automatic coating line and adjust it separately. During the adjustment, the spray gun is sprayed normally, and the atomization effect is very good. It is proved again that the spray gun has no problem. So it must be a pipeline problem. When we test the pipeline, the atomization pressure is very small, which naturally can not drive the spray gun to atomize. It may be that the pump power is not enough to bring the spray gun, so the spray can not be sprayed under negative pressure, and no atomization is likely to occur.
Here we conclude:
The first point: analyze the problem bit by bit until the source is dug out. You can't jump. Check one point, and then check others.
The second point: we can't focus on one thing. Everything is connected, not to mention the need for an automatic coating line.
In recent years, many customers said that there was a problem with the spray gun, but later they found that it was the problem with other tools. People need to cooperate with each other to do things well, and the same is true between tools.
The maintenance of spray gun is nothing more than:
1. If it's blocked, we'll clean it.
2. No atomization. Clean and check whether the air pressure is enough.
3. Intermittently, the paint may be unclean, with bubbles, and the paint needs to be filtered again.
4. For others, as long as you don't break the spray gun, you can solve all the small problems of the spray gun without changing accessories.
