The decorative effect of colorful paint is the most critical part, and the moving speed of spray gun is the key.
(1) In the process of water in water spraying, if the moving speed of the spray gun is too fast, the water in water surface coating will be thin, and the coating effect will appear thin, not full and of poor quality.
(2) If the moving speed of the spray gun is too slow, the coating will be too thick, resulting in sagging.
(3) The moving speed of the water in water spray gun shall be that the sprayed coating is full, uniform and wet. This effect can only be achieved by experienced construction personnel.
2. Control of trigger gun trigger
The trigger is used to control the spraying flow rate of the spray gun. The deeper the trigger is, the greater the flow rate of the water in water coating. When the electrostatic spraying equipment moves, the trigger is always closed, not half closed. In order to avoid paint accumulation at the end of gun walking, generally experienced construction personnel will slightly loosen the trigger to reduce the amount of material supply.
3. Position the gun is aligned
During the spraying process, the spray gun and the wall should be kept vertical or as vertical as possible, because if the spray gun is skewed, it will lead to the deviation of the spraying range and the paint flowing to one side, while the other half is lack of paint, dry and thin, and even striped coating.
4. Distance from spray gun to wall
Generally, for the water in water siphon spray gun, the best working spacing is 15cm-20cm. If the spray gun is too close to the wall, it may lead to the flow of paint. If the distance exceeds 20cm, it is easy to lead to dry spraying or overspray, resulting in poor advection of paint. The pressure feeding spray gun can be slightly away from the wall, but it also needs to be controlled between 20cm-30cm.
5. Gun holding position
The spray gun is controlled by the palm and fingers. Generally, the palm, thumb, ring finger and little finger hold the spray gun, and the middle finger and index finger pull the trigger. In actual operation, many construction workers will change their gun holding posture from time to time during long-time work, holding the gun only with their thumb or ring finger or little finger, middle finger and index finger. In this way, spraying can greatly alleviate fatigue and improve work efficiency.
